| Comments: | Thanks to Priceprotectr, I was able to get the refund.In fact I was not even i UK and put them an email, which they promptly replied to and put the refund on on my card.PLEASE CHECK WITH AMAZON UK IF the refund policy is till 45 days or 30 days. I suspect they do refund till 45 days as one of my friend did it successfully after crossing 30 days from date of delivery. |

| Comments: | Very easy to collect refund both times that the price dropped. Sent a quick email to amazon and within hours they replied saying they would issue a refund and then they sent another email when the refund had been issued. Very efficent and easy to use |
