I showed the store manager my print out about Staples' price protection policy, & showed him the price of my ink cartridges online (that they were cheaper than the store). It appeared he wasn't too thrilled he had to honor it, but he did; he issued me a refund, & then rang it through as a new purchase. |

| Comments: | Ten minutes ago i checked my e-mail and had a message from price protector, about a printer i bought from Staples, going down $10.00. Called Staples, and in five minutes, they credited me the money. Easy as can be. Thanks, keep up the good work. |
