| Comments: | They only give refunds as store credit, but it was a very easy process. I had 10 days to do the refund, but it's only a one-time shot- so if you request it early, it may go down more... or it might go back up... |

| Comments: | I did get a refund by calling them up. They were very helpful. At first they wanted to give me a merchandise credit in the amount of *.30, I told them I had just purchased it 2 days prior. She ended up crediting my credit card for 8.30 |
