| Comments: | I emailed customer service to request a price adjustment 3 times and never heard from anyone! I finally submitted an email through their website and a customer service rep sent me a reply. According to him, price adjustments can only be given if you paid full price for an item, although this is not stated on their website! I originally purchased this jacket in a different color on sale and was given a price adjustment so I don't know where he's getting his information! Very disappointing! |

| Comments: | I called customer service and asked for a price adjustment. The representative gave me the price adjustment but forgot to include the sales tax that was paid on the higher price. My account was credited within a few days. |
