| Comments: | Went into the store to request my second rebate within the 30 day timeframe and was told that they couldn't give me another rebate. I had a printed copy of their policy, which didn't say anything about only one rebate, so I asked to see a manager who just returned my item in order to bypass the computer, and the additional amount was refund to my account, no problem. |
