Comments: Staff does not know how to do their job. Took 2 people 25 minutes (this after a 45 minute wait on line while they muddled through the one customer ahead of me) & then they didn't want to give me a receipt at the end of the transaction. I refused to leave without one & finally a third person instructed them that the customer is supposed to have a record. Not worth all that time & hassle for a small price drop.

Comments: it wasnt hard at all i just am upset that they didnt give me anything extra off of the price match i know that last year i had bought a camera from a best buy and when i found someone that had it cheaper and took it to the store for a price match they gave me an extra 10% on top of that and this time they didnt

Comments: Process could have been easier... they checked the price tag on the shelf when I told them it was cheaper online. Took three times to tell them to go to BestBuy.com to look at the price there. Once they did it though, they quickly refunded the money.

Comments: Piece of cake at Best Buy. Just handed my receipt in and was refunded $100.00 plus back to my Visa. I should note that Price Protectr is saying that my TV is covered for 90 days, when actually it is only covered for 60.Great site and I have recommended to my whole family!Regards,Chris.

Comments: I got $300 refunded in two segments - the first in-store when the price dropped $150 (after I was alerted by PriceProtectr.com), and the second the very next day, when the price dropped another $150 - again after PriceProtectr.com posted the drop. Thank you PriceProtectr.com!

Comments: I purchased the item in-store but logged it into Priceprotectr just in case it went on sale. When it did, I went back to the store, handed the CSR my receipt, told her it went on sale. She scanned the receipt, we confirmed it was $10 cheaper, she re-rang it at the cheaper rate without me even pulling my credit card out (difference back on the credit card). The entire time, she was multi-tasking on the telephone. It took me no more than 2 minutes! All thanks to Priceprotectr!
