| Comments: | I took my receipt in to get my money refunded for the mark down and had some difficulty waiting for someone who knew what they were doing. Unlike The Gap, Old Navy prefers that you have the tags that go to the items as well as the receipts. It was a little more trouble but I will definitely staple the tags to the receipts for the next time. |

| Comments: | This was very easy to get the money back. I emailed customer service (actually just replied to their original emailed receipt), explained I am entitled to an adjustment. I emailed them at about 9pm EST on a Thursday. By Friday morning at 10am EST, they had already emailed me saying it would take about 1-3 business days to see the adjustment reflected on my credit card. |
