Comments:	Bought the item at the local store. Requested the current price by telephone. The store people were not familiar with Price Protectr, but were very cooperative and helpful. It turned out that the store never had the item at the lower price, and in fact my price had been a sale price and the item is now on sale at $21.99, $2.00 more than I paid. Overall a good experience even if I did not get a refund.
