| Comments: | The policy was explained clearly online - you can receive credit back on your account if the exact product that you ordered (same color, size, etc.) is discounted. I called Backcountry.com and was able to get to a customer service rep quickly. She was very helpful, and the entire process took less than 5 minutes. Because I ordered the product through Amazon.com and not Backcountry.com, the credit might take a little longer than usual (i.e. not instantaneous), but I'm confident that there shouldn't be any problems with getting my refund. |
